Introduction

Welcome to FMPrepa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FMPrepa website and platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through fmprepa.com (the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Service. By using the Service, registering an account, or by clicking to accept the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, incorporated by reference. • Provide valid professional credentials or student identification
• Submit institutional affiliation details
• Use a valid academic or professional email address
• Submit any additional documentation as requested

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use passwords that are a minimum of 12 characters, using a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols.

Subscription and Payment

FMPrepa offers subscription plans that provide access to our comprehensive learning platform. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for your selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide to us for all applicable fees. If your payment fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in the Service or by contacting our support team. Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription period unless canceled.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of FMPrepa or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

User Conduct

THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER FMPREPA NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH FMPREPA MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

FMPREPA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. FMPREPA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability
